Our journey began with a vision – and developed over the years into a success story. Discover the most important milestones that have shaped PINK Vakuumtechnik.

2025

The Supervisory Board is being dissolved.

Volker Heidinger, Chief Technology Officer, will assume the role of Spokesman for the Management Board. For future growth, the management team is being expanded: Christian Faulhammer has been appointed Chief Sales Officer.

2024

Construction of a new cleanroom hall and the installation of additional dry-cleaning systems are resulting in a further expansion of capacity in the area of cleaning services. In addition, another fully climate-controlled production hall with ancillary rooms for machining is being built to create additional capacity in precision manufacturing. A modern energy centre is also being planned and implemented, already designed to accommodate future growth. Completion of the current construction phase is expected by the end of 2025 – marking another important milestone in the company’s development. At that point, the PINK GmbH Vakuumtechnik site will comprise over 22,000 m² of production and office space.

2023

Hubert L. Günther takes his well-deserved retirement. Stefan Wolf will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

2020

Commissioning of the new cleanroom hall with seven dry-cleaning systems for customised cleaning and qualification services, including assembly and integration.

Occupancy of the fully climate-controlled production hall ensures high-precision manufacturing under consistent temperature conditions.

The site has now grown to an impressive 17,000 m² – a visible sign of continuous growth.

2016

PINK GmbH Vakuumtechnik celebrates its 30th anniversary.

2014

Friedrich Pink is stepping down from operational management and will assume the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Considering the dynamic growth of both companies - PINK GmbH Vakuumtechnik and PINK GmbH Thermosysteme - Andrea Pink is focussing on the management and further development of PINK GmbH Thermosysteme. She is stepping down as Managing Director of PINK GmbH Vakuumtechnik and will join the Supervisory Board as Deputy Chairwoman at the end of the year. Volker Heidinger has been appointed Technical Managing Director.

2013

Commissioning of the new cleanrooms in the hall according to DIN EN ISO 14644-1, classes 5 to 7, as well as preparation areas and RGA machines.

2012

A new training centre is opened - an important step towards training tomorrow's specialists directly within the company.

Hubert L. Günther has been appointed Chief Financial Officer.

2011

With the addition of another production hall for system engineering and assembly, PINK is consistently continuing its growth. The site now presents itself as a modern and high-performance company headquarters, covering more than 10,000 m².

2009

The product segment for soldering systems will in future be continued by the sister company PINK GmbH Thermosysteme – a forward-looking and specialized focus for this product segment.

2007

Success continues – the next production hall is built as a visible sign of growth. The company headquarters has now reached a size of over 7,000 m².

2002

With the new location and modern production buildings covering approximately 5,600 m², PINK is making a strong statement for expansion and progress. The newly gained space opens up opportunities to unlock new potentials and shape growth in a targeted way.

2000

The construction of the first cleanroom for cleaning services and particle-free assembly symbolises a milestone as a pioneering achievement and lays the foundation for continuous development.

1996

With the construction of a new office building, PINK GmbH Vakuumtechnik is making a targeted investment in the future of its site.

1992

PINK GmbH Vakuumtechnik continues its success story: just three years after its founding, and another three years later, two additional production halls have been built, doubling manufacturing and assembly capacities.

1986

Friedrich Pink and his wife Elfriede Pink founded the company PINK GmbH Vakuumtechnik in Wertheim-Bestenheid and moved into the newly constructed building built for this purpose.
